After a blog on where Filipinos can travel visa-free, here is another reference. A list of countries/nationalities that can enter the Philippines, visa free.
With the very recent government move to boost tourism, citizens of these countries can now enter the Philippines without a visa and stay for 30 days, starting August 1, 2013, according to the Department of Foreign Affairs:

* Nationals of the following countries are allowed to stay without a visa for a period of 59 days:
1. Holders of Brazil passports
2. Holders of Israel passports
Meanwhile, the following nationals are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a stay not exceeding 7 days:
1. Holders of Hong Kong Special Administrative (SAR) passports
2. Holders of British National Overseas (BNO) passports
3. Holders of Portuguese Passports issued in Macao
4. Holders of Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) passports
Nationals from these countries who are traveling for business and tourism are allowed to enter visa free provided they hold a valid return ticket and passport.
This is for reference only. The list may change anytime. If you are intending to visit the Philippines, please contact the nearest Philippine Embassy/Consulate in your area or visit the Department of Foreign Affairs updated list and visa requirements.
